Yes. We ship from Germany to customers across the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states).
Every US order includes tracking so you can follow its delivery.

At the moment, we’re not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, or American Samoa.

We usually process orders within 1–3 business days.

Transit time to the US (Lower 48 states) is typically 7–15 business days.

Yes. All US orders are shipped under Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) terms.

This means:  import duties and taxes are already included in your total at checkout.

You won’t pay anything extra when your package arrives.

We’re not able to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Please use a residential or business address and include a valid phone number when placing your order.

The carrier may use it if they need to reach you about your delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of:

• The damaged item
• The packaging
• The shipping label

We’ll review everything and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

As with all international shipments, your order is processed through standard import procedures in the United States.

This is a routine part of international delivery and is usually completed without issue.

Occasionally, international shipments may require a little additional processing time.

If that happens, tracking will update once the shipment continues to delivery.

Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
