Orders are shipped from our workshop in Berlin, Germany. Each piece is carefully packed by hand.

 

Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

 

Shipping Costs

• Germany: 5.90 €. Free shipping for orders above 95 €.
• Other countries: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on destination and order value.

• Germany: 1–3 business days

• EU & Norway: 2–10 business days

• US, Canada: 7–15 business days

• Other countries: We may deliver to other countries upon request. Please contact us at hey@iamstona.com for individual shipping options and pricing.

Orders within Germany are usually shipped with DHL.

International orders are usually shipped with DHL, UPS, or DPD, depending on the destination.

For international deliveries, delivery times may occasionally vary slightly due to standard customs processing in the destination country.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking link.

 

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local VAT, import duties, and/or custom clearance fees, which are applied once your parcel reaches your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are usually collected by the carrier before delivery or at delivery.

• USA: shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – duties and taxes are covered by us.
• Switzerland and other international destinations: shipped DAP (Delivered At Place) – duties and taxes are not included and must be paid by the customer upon import.
