FAQ Stona Wood Balm
How To Apply
Apply 1–2 times per year, or whenever the wood looks dry or dull.
For best results, apply after cleaning — the wood will feel smoother and function more effortlessly. A little balm goes a long way.
1 x Stona natural wood balm
Optional: a soft cotton cloth
1. Disassemble
Remove all wooden parts and take out the silicone seals.
Remember each seal’s position to make reassembly easier.
2. Clean thoroughly
Before applying balm, make sure the surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust or oil.
A proper cleaning is essential for best results.
3. Apply a thin layer
Use a soft cotton or kitchen cloth — or simply your fingertips — to apply a thin layer of balm to the wooden surfaces.
Avoid the seal grooves.
If any wax gets into them, remove it carefully with a dry cloth.
4. Let it absorb
Allow the balm to rest for about 30 minutes.
5. Remove excess
Wipe away any excess balm with a clean cloth, then let the wood dry overnight.
6. Polish
Once dry, polish gently with a soft cotton cloth to achieve an even, subtle sheen.
Voilà — your grinder feels and shines like new.
