For international shipments, carriers often require a phone number for delivery updates. That’s why we ask for it during checkout.

All orders ship directly from our workshop in Berlin, Germany.

We currently ship to Germany, EU countries, Norway, the USA, and Canada.

Processing usually takes 1–3 business days before shipment.

Sometimes it may take a little longer, but we do our best to ship as soon as possible.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged from transport, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours of delivery — at hey@iamstona.com.

Please include clear photos of:

• the unopened parcel
• the damaged area of the packaging
• the shipping label
• the damaged product, if visible after opening

Photos of the unopened parcel and packaging are especially important, as shipping carriers require proof of the condition of the parcel at the time of delivery in order to process a damage claim.

Shipping carriers such as DHL, UPS, or DPD usually require transport damage to be reported within a limited timeframe (typically around 5–7 days after delivery).

If we receive the information too late, the shipping carrier may no longer accept the damage claim.

For this reason, we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible so that we have sufficient time to submit the claim and resolve the issue quickly for you.

Please keep the original packaging and all contents until the case has been resolved, as the shipping carrier may request additional documentation.

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is handled by them. If your tracking shows no updates for more than 5 business days or the shipment appears to be missing, please contact us at hey@iamstona.com and we’ll check the shipment status for you.

Please keep an eye on your tracking link so you know when your package is expected to arrive. This helps ensure someone is available to receive it or allows you to reschedule the delivery if needed.

If you authorize the carrier (for example DHL or UPS) to leave the package without a signature — such as “Abstellen OK”, “leave at door”, or drop-off authorization — the package may be left unattended. In this case, responsibility for the shipment transfers to you once the carrier marks it as delivered, and we are unfortunately not able to provide compensation for lost or stolen packages.

Yes - if you change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days after receiving it.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer protection law.

Our 30-day return policy is a voluntary extension of this right, giving you a bit more time to decide.

Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund.

Yes — return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

Within Germany, we offer a return label for €5.90, which will be deducted from your refund if used.

We know big platforms often offer free returns, but as a small workshop, we believe in fair, sustainable practices — not hidden costs built into every product.

Refunds are usually processed within five business days after we receive and inspect your return.
